If there’s one learning the pandemic has taught the planet, it would be Transformation. Change is the ever constant phenomenon. Organizations around the world have struggled to set the pace to transform in the VUCA world. Change has hit hard and spared no one in the process. And the reality is – those who have accepted the fact and went on to transformation journey, are still relevant. Those who haven’t have either faded away, or on the verge of death.

What is Change? It’s a mindset. An element of transformation that helps it move forward. For example, the smart phones changed they way we use a phone or even purchase it. Companies like Nokia have to leave the business as their offerings didn’t change with the trends. What went wrong? Culture promotes innovation. So, it could be lack of innovation or cultural constraints. An organization fails to transform due to resistance towards change or the cultural habits.
